Clearline was established in 1985, to provide electronic protection solutions for industry. In South Africa at that time, office optimisation was still in its infancy and very few homes had personal computers. Protection was required for large mainframe and mini computers. Today, in our digital age, the microprocessor is being installed in more and more equipment that we use in our work, home and recreational activities. To keep it functioning, correct protection is required.

Clearline's continuous programme of customer training ensures that customers understand the principles of lightning and search protection to obtain the most out of their protection system. These training courses are free and are suitable for engineers, IT managers and installation technicians. Our experienced Field application engineers are always available to advise you on your protection requirements. Clearline's services include site surveys, structural protection design, soil resistivity designs, earthing system design and power supply monitoring. Our friendly telesales team will ensure that your requests are promptly attended to. 100% testing is carried out on all our products.
