1. DELIVER Manage the Project and minimise the risk

We procure, integrate and deploy all our projects according to our PM-Clear Methodology, which is influenced by PMBok, Dido and ISO 9001:2000.
Our objective of the PM-Clear methodology is:

  • to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction on our Customer standards and expectations,
  • high level of communication,
  • measure and manage cost and profitability,
  • ensure that data are captured in an accurate and standardised format,
  • Manage and maintain high quality of service delivery and workmanship.

The processes of the PM-Clear methodology are:

  • Initiating Process
  • Familiarise with the proposal and quotations and capture the data
  • Planning Process
  • Schedule an internal kick off meeting with the design and account management team.
  • Schedule an internal meeting with all relevant technology partners and confirm stock availability.
  • Do a detailed project implementation plan
  • Executing Process
  • Create a PM-Clear document with all the relevnat detail regarding the project.
  • Schedule an external kick off meeting with client to discuss expectations of the project, milestone, dependancies and roles and responsibilities.
  • Weekly meeting and project reporting
  • Start with the project.
  • Controlling process
  • Track and manage the relevant costs
  • Record keeping of all project related meetings, communications, escalations and project plan deviations.
  • Closing Process
  • Perform a final quality assurance inspection
  • Collect all relevant documentation for sign off.
  • Prepare the sign off and schedule sign off meeting with client.

After completion of the project a maintenance agreement will be discussed with the client for the infrastructure implemented.
